Since I didn't get the spray, I can't attest to whether or not it makes for
a less sticky feeling.

Feel free to use oil if you want them to be
less sticky on the pan!
Kind of a guess but normally about a 1/4 of a cup
less and as your mixing the chocolate chips in if the dough
feels too
sticky and not like a rollable cookie dough I'll sieve in a little more flour.
Kneading Tip: If your dough
feels super
sticky you may knead it first in your hands by just smooshing it then pulling and twisting until it becomes
less sticky and then completing the kneading with the heel of your hands on the countertop at the point when it doesn't stick to the counter.
I used
less milk in the beginning (200 or 220 ml, while the original recipe suggests 250 ml) and my dough still turned out pretty
sticky, I therefor added a tad more flour and let it knead at medium speed for 3 minutes (just for the record: my dough still
felt sticky).
It will also make your skin
feel more natural and
less sticky than with the lanolin.
Adjust the sugar up or down for more or
less stiffness / hold (more sugar = stronger hold) but don't add too much or hair will
feel sticky.
Roll the formed balls in extra protein powder or cacao powder to make it
feel less sticky on the outside.
We were
less impressed with the
feel of some of the switchgear, though, as the radio knobs
felt sticky and hard to dial in precisely, and the radio itself sounded only average.
Even the rubber tabs that fit into your ears
feel stickier than the usual — so the earbuds are
less prone to falling out and getting lost.
