sweet, nutty, and oh so tasty, granola
bars hit the spot when the old
sweet tooth kicks in, and they bring
less guilt that comes with eating junk food like candy
bars.
You'll need a minimum of a 1/4 cup of honey to hold the
bars together, but you can substitute the rest with more nut butter if you prefer your Krispies a little
less sweet.
Kids will eat vegetables, even in the cafeteria, though they are far
less likely to do this if they can purchase salty snacks and
