Our focus thus encompasses (inter-school) professional development networks, research - or data use teams,
lesson study teams, teacher design teams, and so on.
Lesson study teams do share their research lessons with each other, but they do so in order to communicate what they have learned.

If there are multiple
lesson study teams in a school or district, they will identify a common research theme to guide their work and teams may use the same theme across multiple cycles.
