We had
lessons on keeping our eyes
on the speaker, using engaged
body language (sitting still, not playing with a pencil, etc.), and thinking of follow - up questions (if time allowed) that still focused
on what the speaker had shared (in other words, this was not a time for the listener to share a personal story that may or may not be relevant).
