There's a couple reasons for this: after massive sleep deprivation and zero separation between work and personal life, taking a step back often reminds a founder

goodness i can't believe it people will still defend him.You know something when Giroud misses many chances
like at Monaco i did not criticize him even based on that you know why?its because he has always not been clinical. The only way a team can improve is by indentifying its problems and solving them.Arsenal has Giroud as the main cf and Welbeck as backup to him.Giroud has done well scoring some goals some too important but collectively he does more harm than good.Do not use moments to judge a player judge him based on content.Giroud does not excel in many games than he excels in games. As a main cf you need to be consistent.I see people here saying Giroud can not dribble he cant do this he cant do that but its a bit crazy to criticize him for that because every player has his own style.Giroud limitations as a player costs arsenal and will cost us a lot. Most importantly his poor finishing which has cost us several times. Not good enough. His style
of play is ok for us but a striker who can take on players and run behind defences very well would make us very strong and also should be clinical. For Welbeck he needs to works on his finishing and composure by doing the basic
things right.He rushes infront
of goal too much. For now he is just above average. However he can excel if he works on improving.Giroud and Welbeck will always be a pain in arsenal's neck for most part. Some will call me stupid but hey at least i want to analyze the problem.People may support Giroud or Welbeck to lead the line next season but as the saying
goes if you fool me once shame on you but if you fool me twice shame on me.Will you
let Giroud and Welbeck fool you again?
Your post is pretty long and full
of hot air and here is why, we Never had a chance
of resigning rvp because
like Sanchez he was ambitious and as for Chelsea finshing 10th
let's face it they just wanted mourinho out and they kept all their best players and added quality one
thing that wenger has forgotten how to do and as for Leicester city they are an anomaly and they weren't realistically gonna defend their trophy.
Great game from our very own AFC players... Jack is starting to switch gears and

of you guys it's been sometimes now even thought I'm not throwing the towel on him... but Wilshere and Cazorla are right behind him and one
thing we do have is number 10's covers!!
but, im ok with this vardy transfer... it shows us many
things: 1) wenger is changing, something some
of us have been demanding for a long time; 2) it shows that wenger is taking risks: think about it, he is buying a men for a not cheap price, knowing he could not getting anything after, with a future sell i mean... this is an act that shows wengers intentions to win something, the buy is not motivated by any financial or economic reason but only for a «get the f epl once again» reason... this is an act that shows us hungry, even if we fail, we could said we try... first ever, we really try; 3) finally but very important... vardy is the kind
of player we need... he is a warrior, a fighter... he has character... look at how he celebrate his goals... full
of energy... he,
like alexis, can motivate the team when the
things are not
going in our way (something wenger cant do because
of his age and because he has never been an active coach on the pitch)... the vardy transfer, if it finish well, is a demostration
of a change, and a good one...
lets take care
of winning
things and do nt look the economic side for once... vardy is a bit old, but we can give a chance to welbeck after maybe, or akpom... u are not thinking about the future when we talk about ibra... guys: u complain when wenger do nt spend or because he is always looking for the bargain when u are the guys who has to pay the very expensive tickets... u complain when wenger buy the always for the future guy...
like morata... stop to complain for everything and be consequent with yourself... i would love auba, but it is not
going to happen... lukaku is awesome but the asking price is stupid...
lets try with vardy, give us the throphy..
Its not often I read one
of your comments Budd and nod my head in agreement but on this I have to say yu are 100 % on the money Afobe will MAYBE a to notch plyer one day but right now we didthe right
thing letting him
go, the only
thing that I will say is that we have always
let players
go when the world asked why and on hindsight have been proven right, HOWEVER why have we had players
like Diaby on the books when it was clear he would never ever be fit enough to fulfil his potential and why on earth have we currently got Sanogoals or Wellbeck on our books whe its obvious to all and their mothers that neither
of these kids will ever be anything other than average squad players at best.
I would
like to tell arsenal fan that the transfer window is not arsenal's problem.
Let explain what is in my mind.We need to reinforce our team but we need to think in the future that most
of the high class players are
going to refuse signing for arsenal fc because
of Mr Wenger's philosophy.It looks
like arsenal becomes cemetery
of players. How many players came in and left because
of performance, became good players out
of arsenal. We need to accept all
of the transformation Mr wenger brings in arsenal but now it does not work. Why??? because lack
of tactics, strategies and pretending best players for Mr wenger mind but in reality those players do not get standard
of best player.Mr wenger wants to prove everybody that he is wright that players who are calling by wenger are best.I means Mr wenger is the only one can see all matter in good position or bad.He is wrong by thinking this way.He does not
like criticism.he is the mind
of arsenal.Everything he can say or defend is wright.Think about morrinho comments about arsenal!!!! Why he
likes to be arsenal coach!!!! One
thing I want to say about arsenal players, I think everybody watch arsenal games. We have got short mind players who play two good games and the rest shameless. They are working hard in the training ground for catching Mr wenger's mind to
let them play; what is behind their (players) mind to be the most regular players. Those players have no vision even ambition; they are never becoming high class and their carriers are
going to finish in arsenal after arsenal we are
going to see them playing for championship. They do not care to become legend as Ian wright, Vierra, Berckam, piress, Henry... What is the big behind their mind to use wenger name to be selected in national team. They are not able to face different leagues in the world.
that's what is hilarious, he literally spits on our faces and says» you don't know anything i have managed over 1000 amount
of games» but can't even beat middle team club
like stoke in 8 attempts or beat mouth - rinho in 13 attempts, he think's he's amazing but he is actually embarrassing, he is getting us thrashed REGULARLY, the only team that hasn't completely embarrassed us are the spuds, I actually can't understand how fans didn't riot when arsene
went to rome for charity matches when we needed him the most, I'm not even angry at him anymore, how can a man so proud
let moroninho call him a «specialist in failure» and just prove him right time and time again, not only will it benefit arsenal for arsene to leave but it will also help the man himself, do the right
thing and take a walk mate
We are just NOT good enough as a team to win the EPL or the CL we are just NOT cohesive enough, we have no real fighting spirit when the chips are down, no one wants to own the game when
things go wrong, The Boss doesn't change anything until it's too late (though
let's be fair he doesn't have a great amount
of talent to call upon when he should have) and we only really look
like a championship winning team when we play the mid to lower league teams.
Giroud well yes he chases back but his control is woefull and hopefully
gone next year along with at least 6 and from all the posts in the last 3 months we know who they are, it's Wenger who won't
let clear out his cupboard he is a horder just
like my wife keeps
things till they rot, then gets rid
of em.
if the Ox was played to either showcase his skills or to increase any potential bids because
of his perceived importance to our starting 11, this was an incredibly risky move that could have cost us dearly... imagine if he was injured or played poorly,
like he did, and this negatively impacted our ability to get the best available deal... more importantly, why was Wenger willing to play someone who obviously wants out in such an important game under false pretenses... this kind
of behaviour might be less offensive in April, when
things are done and dusted, but to do this following a loss against a supposed main rival that pipped us for fourth by a point last year, could be considered at best inappropriate and at worst treasonous... we can't afford to
let this coach make business decisions on game day, which has
gone on for far too long
As
things stand we're 2 points ahead
of them,
let's not forget they
went like 10 games without a win earlier on!
Wenger and management must be smoking same
things which we can't understand. The position from every goober is 1 - wenger and kroenke out 2 - New manager and Usmanov in.3 - New players in and whoever wants to
go let go and Asernal will be strong
like the invincible. After all this is the weakest team
of the season
Let's get it over with and hope that the 1st 3 games will be a small sample of something that will not be consistent over the course of the season... Like Ramsey said let's see in 10 games or so and see where they are not only in the table but also the way they play... disappointed in the way we manage the transfer window but this team can do great things let's see how far they go & how much magic can Wenger work with the belief he has in the players enough not to buy somebody except Cech

I remember some
of you posted pics
of our midfield and praised ev some drew comparison with lucho, ev has a style that is very similar to the Barca way, but he loves defensive stability and because we lack the true Barca MF to do it we are
like this, we all agree some players must
go, but carefully looking at
things you see that most
of what ev does was done by pep (
of course not as boldly) but his style looks ugly and boring, guys
let us give him a chance it hurts but
let us do it,
let us see the big picture, he may not be capable
of beautiful football but at least while we build we are confident
of results which we need, when we rebuild then
let us fire him, but if this is down to the players then we are making a mistake, I am not asking anyone to change but just stop insulting and criticising ev, patience is the key.
I can only hope that this attempt is taken more seriously than the largely muted and clearly unsuccessful protests
of late last season... although the plane writing escapade brought some much - needed attention to the matter, it failed to resonate with fence - sitters and those who had just recently fell off the Wenger truck... without a big enough showing
of support the whole endeavor appeared relatively weak and poorly organized, especially to the major media outlets, whose involvement could have significantly changed what was to follow... but I get it, few wanted to turn on their club,
let alone make a public display
of their discord... problem is, they are preying on that vulnerability, in fact, their counting on you to keep your thoughts to yourself... who are you to tell these fat cats how to steal your money... they have worked long and hard to pull the wool over your eyes... they even
went so far as to pay enormous sums
of cash to your once beloved professor to be their corporate spokesmodel so that the whole
thing would be more palatable... eventually the club made it appear as if this was simply a relatively small fringe group
of highly radicalized supporters, which allowed the pro-Wenger element inside the club hierarchy to claim victory following the FA Cup win... unfortunately what has happened to this club can't be solved by FA Cups or a few players coming in, the very culture
of this club needs to be changed and that starts at the top... in order to change the unhealthy and dysfunctional narrative that has absorbed this club we need to remove everyone who presently occupies a position
of power... only then can we get back to the business
of playing championship caliber football, which should always be the number one priority
of this organization... on an important side note, one
of the most devastating mistakes made in the final days
of this hectic and poorly planned transfer window didn't have to do with the big name players
like Sanchez or Lemar, but the fact that they failed to secure Jadon Sancho, who might even start for Dortmund this season... I think they might seriously regret this oversight... instead
of spending so much time, energy and manpower pretending that they were desperately trying to make big moves, they once again lost the plot due to their all too familiar tunnel vision
I do no know what is
going on at the club but
let's hope for some new players in tomorrow, but I doubt it.But one
thing I can say is
let's pray that Sanchez and Chamberlain are
gone possibly Ozil as they are a poisonous pair who must be got rid
of.But remember how ever the season ends it will still be better than watching the Arsenal in the mid to later 70's watching great players
like Ray Hankin and the best
of them all Terry Mancini, Strepenhov would have been a true great in them days.
Time for some brutal honesty... this team, as it stands, is in no better position to compete next season than they were 12 months ago, minus the fact that some fans have been easily snowed by the acquisition
of Lacazette, the free transfer LB and the release
of Sanogo... if you look at the facts carefully you will see a team that still has far more questions than answers... to better show what I mean by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state
of affairs on a position - by - position basis... in goal we have 4 potential candidates, but in reality we have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he's the only one we have actively tried to get rid
of for years because he and his father were a little too involved on social media and he got caught smoking (funny how people still defend Wiltshire under the same and far worse circumstances)... you would think we would want to keep any goaltender that Juventus had interest in, as they seem to have a pretty good history when it comes to that position... as far as the defenders on our current roster there are only a few individuals whom have the skill and / or youth worthy
of our time and / or investment, as such we should get rid
of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid
of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction
of things to come... some fans have lamented wildly about the return
of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort
of pie in the sky meanderings are indicative
of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition
of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle
of the park we need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any
of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind
of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)... in order for us to become dominant again we need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker,
like we did in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack
of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players in the final third... he was never a good defensive player in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result
of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest
of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands
of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed to regularly start when none
of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club
of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's time to get rid
of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time on the training table as on the field
of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is
like the recent version
of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history
of injuries... up front, although I do
like the possibilities that a player
like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet
of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival
of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans
like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone
of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they would demand players
of a similar ilk to be brought on board and that wasn't possible when the business model was that
of a «selling» club... does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't get Higuain over the line when he was being offered up for half the price he eventually
went to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest to strikers who were clearly not
going to press their current teams to
let them
go to Arsenal
like Benzema or Cavani... just part
of the facade that finally came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has done off the field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great
things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the game has changed quite dramatically in the last 15 years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger on the outside looking in... so don't blame those players who demanded more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately to raise awareness for several years when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet
of those who were well aware all along
of the potential pitfalls
of just such a plan but continued to follow it even when it was no longer a financial necessity,
like it ever really was...
Giggs was 17 Fabragas 17 Rooney 17 Beckham 17 why are we dissapionted he looks very very good better than Wlishire so
let's not think all the time that spending millions is always the answer Ozil at 42 million seems a waist but hope now with Sanches and Wellbeck he can show his worth and Coquelin to rub some
of the so called fans, his nose in them too.Cant wait for City game being in Australia getting up at 3 am now that
things are improving is gonna be
like ol times COYG CB
I no it sounds
like am always critical
of arsenal and am sorry but i cant take it anymore wenger is the problem because he buys the players i hate people who promised to do something and breaks the promise every time why should cecs stay were not
going to win anything he wants to win
things not finish 4th or 3rd every season with a team that improves by one inch every year why are we fooling ourselves here wenger promised experience players this season where are they this is basically the same team if you do the same
thing every time you get same results what that old saying (if you fool me once shame on you but if you fool me twice or thrice shame on me) and
lets face it wenger has been fooling us now for five seasons..........
@Andy, Not normally
like you to write stuff
like that mate, I do nt subscribe to the whole fix
thing but you are definately right in saying Dowd
let them do as they pleased and awarded the second penalty out
of mercy, but the first one was a stone waller, Kosciely actually misses with his first attempt at Best heals and
goes in to attempt to foul again, I mean it was mindless, the newcastle player was
going AWAY from goal there was no danger.
I cant understand some fans how can you say a player
like villa cud not do a job at arsenal he is a world class finisher something we do nt hav at the moment as much as henry is a god at the emirates
lets face it last yr he cudnt give us no more than 15 mins a game the pace had left him plus he iz now 35 david villa to me regardless his age is one
of the most prolific strikers out there
like tola said look at raul villa is that type
of player theu might lose pace but neva lose the knack
of scoring goals wenger bring him in and another
thing barca as a big club shud be ashame
of themselves still owing arsenal money
of those transfers for such a big club arsenal shud be
going in for more players than jus david villa
One
thing is sure, that this guy is a skill full player, if we can add more value on him to sale him next season
let him stay but if the coach knows he can not then
let him
go, as for the guy talking about Africa's I think that is bat the issue, I am an African I will
like to see an African player play for my club I mean our club but not a player that have nothing to offer, so it is not the matter
of where the player comes from.
But after that, this seems
like the type
of thing a person should be prepared to just
let go.
I enjoy wearing my baby, nursing him,

of the «bad»

Part
of why the day was good is that I've been trying hard to
let go of what I think
things should look
like.
I realized that everyone has their own issues and trigger points when
things like this happen, so I
let go of it and am hanging tight to the incredible positive mojo that is out there.
I try to keep a fairly quiet presence, try to work out what the woman and her partner, or partners, whoever's around her, are being able to sort
of do themselves... I think it's probably better to
let women
go into themselves if they want to do that, so trying to support the woman in the kind
of personality and needs that she has, and keeping that low - key presence with
things like monitoring being a subtle as it can be, and I don't really care for doing regular VEs so it's more about clinical indications or their impression rather than it's been 2 or 4 h since your last one so therefore you have another one.
For both, I was sure my children were ready to
let go of nursing and move on to exciting
things at that age
like talking, climbing, all that toddler stuff.
Let me suggest that this because the media uses a simple insulting formula that
goes something
like, Labour are a Working class party - The North is Working Class - UKIP are a Bit Racist - Racism is only a working class
thing - therefor UKIP must have taken most
of its support from Labour!.
Like the heart chakra, this chakra is often blocked by not

And by doing that, they've seen relief
of SIBO, they've seen relief
of IBS, they've seen relief
of even
things like infertility, or other female - related disorders that have, for example,
let's say a woman has a real hard time getting pregnant, she may have a scarring in the in one
of the fallopian tubes that's not allowing proper cycling or expulsion
of the egg, and they've actually been able to
go in and break down that scar tissue to open up the fallopian tube to allow proper flow, and the same
thing in the intestines.

so instead
of drugs or drinking i returned to the weights and juice i guess thats a drug lol in this last 2 yrs I've tried everything, to train
like i was at the intensity at 28 uh not happening, Im at the point now where i got to be happy with me at 195 0r 200 cuz if i get any stronger I'm gonna get more achy and hurt, so my long ass point here is regardless
of this routine that was posted the high reps will keep you lifting longer, as your pump issue i find natural or not its the time between sets that dictates the pump, Corey you and many other naturals have done it all and still don't look huge its genes id still be 170 or less i bet if it wasn't for juice but
let me say i wish i didn't do it seriously i had a crappy sexdrive till androgel came out and now I'm only on 300 test a week, I'm done with deca and eq I've been reading or maybe looking for negative stuff and I've found it, Another
thing is with this routine to
go to failure and getting to heavy weights on so many sets i think will take a cns toll i feel
like crap for the last 4 days i overdid it.
