A trick one of my Chef's taught me for rising dough is to fill a big pot of water set it on the stove and
let it boil away, filling the air with steam.
Bring it up to a boil and
let it boil away until reduced by at least half.
Just pour the milk in there and
let it boil away, super simple!
Partly because you can basically just set a timer and
let it boil away (unattended) on the stovetop but mostly because it doesn't require the full fat coconut cream to be separated from the water (low maintenance coconut milk caramel sauce, FTW).
