I would posit that this combination

available as they need it.
Rise provides a drop - in self - help centre to clients and non-clients,
available during our office hours (Monday — Friday, 9:00 am — 4:00 pm, excluding statutory holidays), equipped with a desktop computer, wireless internet, and a small (but growing)
library of legal texts and printed
resources.
We do this by maximizing
available resources through our in - house collections
of legal materials, through
resource sharing with other
libraries, through Internet
resources, and through referral to other agencies as needed.
