If Overdrive developed its own cheap reader and allowed
libraries to loan the devices out to

did not have an e-reader or tablet, the company could win in more ways than one.

libraries and requested cards, increasing overall

did make the distinction that books that are already allowed for borrowing in the catalog are still available for check - out; those titles will also still be available for purchase by
libraries for the purpose of
patron use.

One of the benefits to the subscriber
