as applicable, in the District of Columbia or any state or territory of the United States.
(3) Has not been disciplined or investigated by the corresponding regulatory authority of the District of Columbia or the state or territory in which the applicant holds a
license as a marriage and family therapist or clinical
professional counselor,
as applicable; and
Except
as otherwise provided in NRS 641A.241 and 641A.242, each applicant for a
license to practice
as a clinical
professional counselor must furnish evidence satisfactory to the Board that the applicant:
Hold an active, unrestricted
license as a marriage and family therapist,
professional counselor, clinical psychologist, clinical social worker or psychiatrist in the jurisdiction where the supervision is being provided; document 2 yrs of post-licensure MFT experience and have received
professional training
as specified in 18VAC115-50-60.C.
The holder of a
license as a clinical
professional counselor intern shall, before providing any counseling or other therapeutic service to a client:

license by endorsement to practice
