Remove from the microwave and place
a lid over the bowl for one minute, to allow the chocolate to melt.

I take out the middle part, and hover a
bowl that's about the same size as the
lid over the top to catch any splatter that might come out.

After I cool them down some in cold water, I return them to the steamer
bowl, put the
lid on, and while holding the
lid on tightly, shake them vigorously for a minute or two, until the shells are cracked all
over.
Couscous: While chicken's cooking bring water or stock to a boil, pour
over couscous, stir and cover the
bowl with parchment paper or a
lid and let sit undisturbed for 5 minutes / Then lightly fluff with a fork and the couscous is ready — the fluffing with a fork is important, otherwise it can get gummy.

bowl with a plastic
lid, you can pour the sauce
over the wings, cover the
bowl and shake it up!
