goals for yourself
at work, when trying to lose
weight or any other project in your
life, mapping out
goals as a mom is a smart way to parent, especially when those precious moments with your baby are so fleeting.
Personally, I have two
goals: to be a
weight at which I am not fat, and to get to that
weight in a way I can maintain for the rest of my
life.
For a good chunk of my
life, I have believed that the reason I wasn't
at my
goal weight or looked the way I wanted to was because I hadn't found the right diet yet.
find a friend to help loose the
weight with... locate your resources that will help you succeed on your path to healthy
living and you will get their... take pictures as you reach your
goals... do not use food as a reward and do not look
at this as a punishment, or everyone else get to eat whatever and you cant....
For me the
goal is to drop
weight and perform as good as possible
at Vasaloppet and other similar events, and still
live as healthy as possible.
I work with women who've had success in so many areas of their
lives, but haven't nailed healthy eating or been able to stay
at their
goal weight yet.
They obviously have the ability to set the
goal and achieve their desired
weight of 130 pounds, but then they totally miss the next step — the long - term
goal that keeps them
at 130 pounds for
life...
