To remove the cake from the pan, gently pull up on the sides of the parchment paper and
lift out of the pan.
Once they come out of the oven let them cool and then carefully slide a knife around the edge of the hash brown and carefully
lift them out of the pan.
Then gently
lift out of pan and use a sharp knife to cut into desired number of squares (I went for 9).
You could cook the squares then
lift them out of the pan (in one big piece, since you are using parchment paper), press a raw nut - date crust into the pan, then place the squares back into the pan (w / o parchment) on top of the crust, and then cut the squares.
Lift out of the pan, remove foil and cut into small bars or squares.
Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool to room temperature, then transfer the brownie to a cutting board, using the parchment paper to
lift it out of the pan.
Carefully
lift it out of the pan, in a timely fashion, and allow to cool on a wire rack.
Cool completely and then, using the parchment as handles,
lift out of the pan and cut into 24 squares.
Lift it out of the pan just before you think it is done and you will end up with tender, moist pieces of fish.

lift out of the pan with the parchment paper.

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then
lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper and cool on a wire rack for another 10 minutes.
After cooling, you can
lift it out of the pan with the foil handles and cut it into the size bars you desire.

lift out of the pan and onto a cutting board.
Lightly oil a 9x5 - inch loaf pan with coconut oil and line with parchment paper so that it overhangs on the shorter ends (you'll use this to help
lift it out of the pan later).
