I wear it around the house and then when going out I'll throw
a light sweater on top.
They're the easiest way to still FEEL warm (pair with
a light sweater on top, cardigan, etc) while LOOKING super cool.

Instead of just wearing a heavy
sweater all day long, start with wearing a tank with a
light cardigan over it and add a denim jacket
on top for some extra warmth.
I am probably the biggest fan of transitional closing — I just love those days when you can still wear black denim and a chunky
sweater but a
light jacket
on top is just fine.
Now I prefer to put a
lighter cotton blouse underneath and a thicker
sweater on top, so just in case I do get a little toasty it's an easy transition and won't change my outfit drastically.
I almost grabbed a white cardigan but threw
on the
light blue one at the last minute (basically because it was
on the
top of the
sweater pile).
I get so so cold
on planes, so a
light sweater is an ideal
top (and oh how I love this
light and flattering one), and having a warm leather jacket for layering is a must.
I am going to pair the heavier one with a blk and red polka - dot form fitted
sweater (5 yrs in closet, tag still
on it), and the
lighter one with a purple / blk / wht geometric pattern wrap
top, and crystal accessories.
Opposed to wearing a long - sleeved
sweater, I opt for sleeveless or short - sleeved
tops with a cardigan or
light jacket
on top so I can add or subtract.
