it lightly with cocoa powder and set it aside.
They're sweet and soft on the inside, like marshmallows, but have a crisp shell which is brushed

Using fingers
lightly coated
with cocoa powder (to prevent sticking), roll 1 tablespoon - sized pieces of dough into balls, and dip half of the ball into the crushed chips.
When
lightly browned, it's stacked on the plate, sprinkled
with banana slices and topped
with Kahlua whipped cream and
cocoa powder.
To top it all off, we
lightly dust the doughnut
with bittersweet
cocoa powder.
Turn onto a work surface
