I am trying to follow the
AIP diet: no grains, nuts, dairy, eggs, etc... so, this crust looks
like an excellent option.
This looks
like a great treat although I feel the need to point out that this recipe isn't
AIP compatible.
Also since I somewhat follow
AIP myself and I know apples can upset my gut, feel free to sub pumpkin puree for the applesauce too if you

If you are in the strictest phase of
AIP, this book probably won't give you the most bang for your buck, but if you are the type who
likes to experiment in the kitchen then I think a LOT more of the recipes inside could be tweaked to make them
AIP or
AIP reintro recipes.
When I began
AIP last November I started out making breakfast stir - fry

When we're talking to you guys, we're always assuming you're following something
like a Paleo template, organic pasture - raised meats, organic veggies, high - quality berries, maybe some nuts and seeds, if you're not on an
AIP diet and you can tolerate those, you're getting to bed on time, you're getting out with the Sun, you're getting exercise, adequate hydration, no sodas, no — you know — fake fructose in the diet, you're not skipping meals, you're getting your adrenals checked out, you're thyroid, and then you're jumping into this conversation.
Since going on the
AIP (autoimmune protocol), it's not
like I can have a bag of nuts or pumpkin...
And, you know — I mean, one thing that I think some folks kind of forget to is
like in co — in comparison to the Standard American Diet,
AIP, the Autoimmune Protocol is already low - carb in comparison.
Nor is it recommended for those on gut healing diets such as GAPS, SCD,
AIP or other temporary dietary approaches

I started by clearing out my pantry and putting all of the non
AIP stuff
like nut butters, mustard, tomato paste and seed & nightshade based spices into a sealed container and stored it away at the bottom of my cupboard.

AIP Paleo diet (except chia seeds don't both me, found during reintroduction period) so I took that recipe and was
like «well why not?!»
More recently its horror label, Scream Factory, released remasters of the
