project management in the legal setting.
Most
Agile projects, on the other hand, use visual workflow tools
like a Kanban Board to depict and monitor progress.
Project teams who use a highly disciplined approach
like PRINCE 2 may find that using a light, more
agile - friendly tool might give them a nice interface, but robs them of the formality their approach requires.
