like the idea of signing Dragovic but I don't know alot about the player to know if he is in the same region as (for example) Fabian Schar, which would be my # 1 choice to replace

BFG and Koss have not acted as captains while wearing the arm band, IMO Feel
like you could cut line on them at Disney and they would just bow their head and turn away.
The team i would
like to see would be szczeny, bellerin, gibbs,
bfg, kos, chambo, flamini, ozil (centre his best place), ox and cazorla wide and sanchez leading (welbeck for me looked lost against BD and could be useful on the bench) the bench would have osprina, hayden, coq, diaby, jack, rosiky and welbeck.
However my issue with making Mertesacker captain is the fact that much
like Arteta, the
BFG is going to make a limited number of appearances in the latter stages of his Arsenal career and Mertesacker has even suggested in the past months that he may have to consider leaving Arsenal if he doesn't get regular playing time.
gab can do the koss job who we need is a
BFG type CB with more pace
like laporte or stones.
I say sell him as long as we get Cech, is fair play for both sides; but we also need to look into improving our defense; although I
like the guy and his attitude towards ARSENAL, one of the biggest culprits of Zceczny fall of grace was
BFG, WENGER needs to find a replacement ASAP, if we want to win anything major anytime soon we need a world class CB, just a GK will not make it.

BFG and Wenger are
like those old retired bozos who sit all day in the porch doing nothing but have the highest opinion about every f % & ^ * ng thing.
BFG just can not stand on his legs and our GK just ran out

Right now the only weak link in this team is
BFG... when will he dropped to benched... everybody knows that he is too slow and everyone exploit that in every single game... but still he keeps on starting the game... i never feel secure with him especially when we are attacking and play high line... If I was gabriel I would be fuming from inside... cause gabriel is so much better than him but still

like 24 or 48 hours before the game Wenger had a genuine 2 weeks to get some business and focus everything on a CB.

Whatever people think of
BFG as a player he does compensate for Kos's most glaring weakness — communication and leadership is not in his armoury, he almost plays
like a «lone wolf».
The
BFG may be closing in on 30 but he's still got another 25 years of top flight football left in him — it's not
like he'll get any shorter or slower....
