like Portrait Lighting and Face ID.The first video, «Opens with a Glance,» displays the iPhone X with the words «Introducing the most unforgettable magical password ever created.
And yes, it does have specific enhancements that Apple uses for its own ML stuff
like portrait lighting, Face ID and more.
And while it's still a 12 MP sensor, the camera on the iPhone 8 Plus is clear upgrade over iPhone 7 Plus thanks to new features
like Portrait Lighting and the new, professional level slow sync flash.
They also feature the same A11 Bionic chip, enabling effects
like Portrait Lighting and better - augmented reality support.
The A11 Bionic chip is certainly powerful, but we've not seen anything that shows off the raw power in terms of regular interaction — it's only evident in extra features
like the Portrait Lighting.
Not exact matches
The filmmaker behind favorites including The Royal Tenenbaums and Moonrise Kingdom is famously obsessed with minor details, down to specific colors, wardrobes and
lighting, so it's no wonder that each of these stills from the upcoming The Grand Budapest Hotel look
like National Geographic - quality
portraits.
While a lens
like that is totally not in our budget, if I was frequently taking
portraits for work I'd definitely look into investing in one — taking this shot was effortless and there was little to no
light and lots of other stuff going on in the studio.

Portrait Mode and

like on Phone 8 Plus, but being able to do them on the more iPhone 8 - sized iPhone X is terrific.
Some manufacturers
like Apple are working to expand their
portrait - mode effect options to an include a number of image styles commonly used in professional photography,

iPhone 8 will bring the beta for

light to work in (we found it struggling to work even inside a place
like Starbucks, which is reasonably well
lit), but when it gets things right (and it often does), the results are brilliant.
For example, it can be used for things such as Animoji, the popular
Portrait Mode including the much hyped
Portrait Lighting feature all using front - facing camera, and a new feature coming to other apps
like Clips called «Selfie Scenes» which will add animated background scenes to your selfies for a 360 - degree experience.
There is an array of camera modes to choose from
like Auto and Panorama, a Supernight mode for low -
light imaging, Pro mode for finer control and the
Portrait mode for bokeh shots.
We're familiar with the dual camera setup you get with the iPhone 8 Plus and the iPhone X. Thanks to a secondary telephoto lens, you can enjoy features
