like the fact that the refs stole a touchdown from Mond in the Arkansas game or that an excellent play to a

TE, then absolutely I could see Rodgers not making the team (it would essentially be Brown vs Rodgers in training camp, because the drafted
TE would be pretty much a lock to make the team unless they are
like RD 6/7).
If Ohio State can shut down Alex Hornibrook and
TE Troy Fumagalli, the Buckeye rushmen should be able to at least contain Jonathan Taylor in the run
like they did to Saquon Barkley of Penn State.
Even in 2011 when Eli basically carried the team to the SB, he at least had WRs
like Nicks, Cruz, and Manningham & a decent
TE in Ballard, and the defense got much better later in the season & in the playoffs.

TE who can get separation down the field
like South Carolina's Hayden Hurst?
He has flaws surely, but part of that is no doubt due to the relatively short time as an OT, he started as a
TE (
like Gilliam and Staley did).
Speed receivers in the slot can abuse him when he works slot coverage, so you really only want him slotted up against bigger guys
like Jordan Matthews or
TE's.
I
like BJ Hill as well and really hope TD can work a trade down to get extra picks cause I'd love to see some combo of LB -
TE - DL in our first three picks.
TE — Looks
like Bowers, Dalton, and Holland will all get reps with the Blues.
I also wouldn't mind if Spielman traded back into the first round or up to the top of the second to get Gesicki because Cousins works best in two -
TE sets and, as much as I
like David Morgan, Gesicki is an amazingly athletic receiver with a crazy catch radius (Thank you, volleyball and hoops!).
The best thing we can do is scoop the best
TE left at 16, hope that cortland Sutton is left in the secondl, and after that look for O - line depth and fill spots that are less important
like trying to find another linebacker to put next to mosely but again its not a necessity we can let these young guys play develope and see where it takes us
I would also
like to see us add a
TE in the draft.
TE is okay but relies heavily on Njoku maturing (which seems
like it could happen).
The top four seem set, but I'm worried about second - year regression for Johnson, the rookie wall for Zeke, and workhorse tolerance for Miller on the RB side, and QB play for both Green and Hopkins (I'm not sold on Brock Osweiler at all), so it feels
like Gronk ought to be an option in the mid-first, yet that feels way too soon when there's plenty of
TE options in the late single digit rounds.
Solder was a
TE in college at Colorado and looked
like he knew what he was doing after he hauled in the pass and took it 16 yards for the touchdown.
We've addressed our three biggest needs (5T,
TE, C) with our first three picks, so I think we can now go BPA, and it's not
like «Rivers succession plan» isn't a need.
Therefore, one of the names being called next Friday (a guy
like Wells if it's Saturday) should be a receiving threat at
TE.
Like an NFL team, Purdue spends most of its time in 11 personnel (one RB, one
TE), often with the tight end flexed out a bit, to give him room to run routes.
Henry's not going to be a really useful contributor until 2018 if he plays out
like most
TEs do.
