What I really
like about Demon's Souls is the fact that it is one of the few games that manages to instill a genuine sense of dread and panic in the player.

A long time ago, I wrote
about how games
like Demon's Souls deserved to have sequels since they introduced an old - school style of gameplay wrapped up in an appealing — but none too forgiving — contemporary package.
The missions and the boss battles are great fun when they show up, but for the most part, the game plays a lot
like a visual novel, and your interest starts to dip once you complete a thrilling
demon tamer battle, and realise you're
about to go through another half hour of talking.
Not much information is known
about World of
Demons, but by the looks of it, it seems
like a cross between Okapi and Infinity Blade.
Let's not forget
about the game's soundtrack, a collection of tracks so insane and brutal it's
like they were composed by a horde of
demons straight from the depths of hell itself.
