What I
like about this design is that it does not have the same square screen as most
Blackberry phones, instead its long and rectangular, something that it has more in common with other higher end smartphones on the market.
While Siegler compared the new device to a
Blackberry Playbook in terms of appearance, squashing a lot of the talk
about what Amazon's tablet might look
like, he did put to rest a lot of the discussion swirling
about the two tablet model, stating that the original plan was to release both the 10» tablet and its more cost - effective 7» screen younger brother; however, Siegler's article discussed the fact that Amazon is now going to launch with only the 7» and release the 10» in 2012, depending on the popularity of the first new Kindle tablet.
It seems
like forever ago that we found

Not long after the
BlackBerry PlayBook was released, we started hearing rumors
about what the next iteration of the tablet's software would look
like.

about Android, but understand how
BlackBerry targets a key demographic and I'd
like to work to make their exposure to apps and sites pleasurable as well!
Software-wise, the Curve 8900 has every strength and weakness that every
BlackBerry phone has when compared to other smartphones: If you're not familiar with

The nice thing
about Android compared to other operating systems

BlackBerrys I have had, I have yet to ever take the included Stereo Headset out of its plastic shrink wrap (they really shouldn't even spend the money including these — I'd rather save $ 5 on the device), and though many people are fans of the included
BlackBerry OEM cases / holsters, I'm not one of them (I guess I did
like the quick - draw - McGraw style holster on my 8700... but that's
about it).
Opinion: Those who follow me know I have more than a few words to say
about BlackBerry, but ultimately I kinda
like the Passport.
