In fact there are lots of things my boobs look
like after breastfeeding, and none of them are things my breasts looked like before breastfeeding.

However, I was always intending to combination feed then give up
breastfeeding and switch to formula
after a few months as I wanted some freedom.It was my choice to
breastfeed, to give up having drinks, to do the night feeds, to get my breasts out in public and everything else you mention above (I didn't watch what I ate, if I listened to the HV about giving up dairy and greens and everything else, then I would have felt
like crap) I made that decision and by the sounds of it so did you.

after feedings, so, there is nothing
like smelling a brand new baby on your chest and again, it kind of goes back to what you had mentioned about skin - to - skin being, you know, so important for the baby and so, mom's not the only person who has the opportunity to do that.
I also stocked my fridge and freezer with
breastfeeding friendly snacks, because I've never experienced hunger quite
like I did in those first few days
after birth when my milk was coming in.
