all I can think of today is what I saw in yesterday's
news, about the former paratrooper turned preacher at an Independent Fundamental Baptist church just outside Ft. Bragg, N.C., that told his congregation they should break their sons» wrists if they catch them doing the «limp wrist», or give him a
good punch... and all the kids that have committed suicide because other kids have picked up on
messages like this and bullied them till they couldn't stand it anymore... we are the only bible some folks will ever read, and if they get this kind of
message,
well, who'd want to be with a group of people where you are grudgingly tolerated, if not outright hated, and all this in Jesus» name... it also says that the churches will do just about anything to keep people obedient and unquestioning, so they will continue to give, and so the big donors will continue to give, so that the doors at Monster Megachurch can be kept open, and the lights on... David, this is one of your «less is more» toons here... a minimum of elements that says so much....
I would be remiss if I did not assert that a Christ-less Gospel is a defective and incomplete Gospel; stories
like Frozen do not bring an understanding sufficient for salvation, of course, and they are impure as
well, carrying mixed
messages and even distractions that can lead away from the legitimate
news of Christ's sufficiency.
Jesus knows what God is
like, because he is the Son of the Father — and the
message he brings is
Good News.
But the
good news is Filipina women are much more likely to reply
messages to you because those who use a dating site
like that actually want to meet Western men.
Be Love does have a website, with a focus on purchasing released volumes of manga (with a rather lovely search for titles «
like this» and «in the same genre,» as
well as sample chapters from various manga series, series
news, character intros,
messages from the creators, and downloads
like computer wallpapers.

better, if we had figured out a way to include cute, sociable animals
like dogs (perhaps with a
message about puppy mills), we likely would have had
better luck with the TV
news.
One comment I would
like to make however is that porosity is both ways... the less you reveal or less truthful to the public, probably the less accurate the response as
well... after all... we have all been trained how objective marketing
messages and even
news nowadays can be...
While I share [Socolow's] discomfort with the
message that fighting climate change means nothing but
good news for everybody, I don't see any evidence that a more nuanced
message would do anything to increase the demand for action from the public or reduce the opposition from groups
like the Chamber, API, and NAM.
