broccoli chicken casserole, it looks
like nearly all the recipes out there calls for
cooked chicken.
I just cut up raw
broccoli and add it into the dish that way but if you would
like to
cook it you could do that too, it will just lose that fresh crunch that I think works well in this recipe:)

cooker jackfruit & wild rice soup or creamy vegan
broccoli cheese soup.
I loved this with the spinach
cooked with garlic, but you could certainly add different vegetables (

I don't know what it is about vegetables that they don't
like separately, I can not get them to eat
