Virtually any fish
can be used in this dish, but Wil prefers strongly flavored fish
like tuna or kingfish.
Sardines get a bad rap — they seem so much more intimidating compared to mild
canned fish
like tuna.
My pantry is always packed full of
canned goods

tuna, a few types of beans, and corn just to name a few.
Then pick out a thicker cut of fish — I
like to use white fish since it

This recipe
can easily be adapted to other types of fish
like cod or halibut and even
tuna.
Today we're using a mix of smoked salmon and potato, but you
can also do other kinds of fish such as tinned
tuna or even salt cod, if you'd
like to add a Mediterranean touch.

Then a

tuna, shredded, and mixed in with the salad — not blended into the mayo

tuna salad made with miracle whip if presented to me, but with ingredients
like high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners and a boat load of preservatives I just can't bring myself to buy it at the store anymore.
