I use a blend that's 2 parts paprika, 2 parts powdered onion, 1 part pepper, 2 parts salt (and sometimes I toss in something else,
like celery flakes, dill weed or dill

seeds, corn), then veggies

seeds, & 1/8 tsp cardamom
