circle pad pro (got ta get one if you really wan na spend HRS in it)-- but — i just cant sit there for 500 hrs — staring and and un-ergonomically grasping the 3ds — a shame really (after about 140 hrs i just had to leave it be)-- i just ai nt interested in X — i cant go back to 3ds for it (at this point in the 8th generation)-- such a shame — there are a few newer monster hunters on wiiU that are Japanese only — but — i just ai nt trying to play MH in Japanese (haha not my cup of tea)
I'm not too sure whether I agree with that personally, as a
circle pad would definitely be needed at some point in the 3DS life cycle to accommodate the more advanced titles (
like Monster Hunter).

They overpriced it for the desired market, did not fully do their homework on parts of it (
like the 2nd
circle pad) and probably did not have their game lineup where they wanted it.
Unfortunately, I was never able to get my hands on a 3DS to know how
circle pads are
like, but I seriously hope that they can last longer than the sticks, or it wouldn't be a good option.
