Sometimes I eat it right out of the jar as a replacement for
granola, other times I stir it up with some unsweetened almond milk and eat it
like oatmeal, and other times I add it to the top of some
coconut yogurt and use it just
like I would
granola.
Another option is to top with glaze and then add some additional toppings,
like shredded unsweetened
coconut, nuts,
granola, etc..
But really, this oatmeal is
like the best of both worlds — all those heart - healthy oats with cholesterol - lowering soluble fiber paired with the subtle sweetness from
granola and
coconut... heaven in a bowl, my frands.

Granola Bars, combine 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats, 1/2 cup oat flour, 2 cups puffed rice cereal, 1/2 cup

like) into a bowl and mix.

like a great combination.

price wise it wasn't that bad at all either... i only had the oats,
