(I like coconut but for some reason I don't

The menu was
like a snapshot of my youth, with offerings

coconut milk, a banana and pure stevia to sweeten with hemp seeds, chia seeds and

I've only had
coconut ice once in my life and am having trouble remembering the texture exactly but I feel
coconut ice is more candy / fudge
like in texture than these but adding raspberry flavour would still be really nice I think!
Add more
coconut water / water to reach your desired consistency and
ice if you
like a frosty smoothie.
But as for now, my plan is
coconut ice cream and mango sorbet marbled together
like in that picture from your book.
I've found that I don't
like coconut milk by itself (or even in dairy - free
ice cream), but... I don't taste it at all when I use it IN recipes.
Cookie doughs are indeed mouthwatering and I
like them in
coconut ice cream.

like, they are all wonderful!
I love things

coconut provides little more then something to make it prettier (unless you really load it on) and the banana freezes and becomes

* Two 15 - ounce cans full - fat
coconut milk, divided * 3 full droppers of Vanilla stevia (or 3/4 cup sugar if you'd
like it closer to traditional
