I have a nut allergy and wondered if there were any equally healthy alternatives you know that would work instead of things
like almond butter,
coconut oil, cashew butter etc that feature quite heavily in your

recipe — I imagine it would be quite dense and not have the loaf
like flavour because of the lack of buckwheat!

Sadly there isn't a good enough substitute for
coconut oil in sweet
recipes like this.
Quick question — the
recipe instructions say to use 100g
coconut cream, but one Biona
coconut cream bar is actually 200g and in the video you posted for this
recipe to your youtube channel you seem to use the whole thing (it's not very clear in the video but it looks
like you put it all in the blender).

Our goals in using
coconut oil here were to help the Chocolate Lava Dip stay a bit more smooth, velvety and liquid - y, while replacing fats
like shortening that would be more typically used in this type of
recipe (but which we'd prefer not to use in our
recipes).
TIP: This
recipe calls for
coconut butter (not oil), and although I know that many people don't
like coconut, I promise, the chocolate and peanut butter totally covers up the
coconut flavor.

recipes, it gives the shrimp a different, coconutty taste.

recipes with millet on Where Is My Spoon if you would
like some more ideas, for instance these Zucchini Fillet with Millet, Feta and Parmesan or this Somali Corn in
Coconut Turmeric Sauce, which is served with millet.
My
recipe is only a suggestion and maybe you will get better results with the
coconut oil version, if you leave out the flour for the filling or choose a sturdier flour (

recipes since I am a vegetarian and I do not get most of the ingredients but I enjoy your writing and it is
like a tour of Europe and USA for me through food, It's getting very hot here in India and I tried your
coconut saffron ice cream (I have a
coconut tree in my backyard) sans the ice cream machine, turned out yum!
I tried to develop this
recipe exclusively with
coconut sugar (because I always
like to keep the ingredient list as concise as possible), but in this case a liquid sweetener was also necessary to provide enough moisture and sweetness.
Reminded me a lot of the «Jamaican Lentil Stew With
Coconut»
recipe on RecipeZaar, which I think I may have
liked just a little better.
I love paleo muffins, and while I often combine almond flour and
coconut flour, sometimes I prefer to leave the almond out and just use
coconut flour
like you did in this
