«Post-holiday season, I make sure my fridge and freezer are stocked with all my favorite healthy foods,
like coconut yogurt, sprouted hummus, almond milk, kombucha, pasture - raised eggs, gluten - free sourdough, and a whole host of fruits and veggies.
You can use these little bites in place of granola if you please, eat them like cereal (something I think would simply be a must - try), snack on them as they are, use them on top of smoothies, add them to some yogurt
like coconut yogurt, or layer with some nut butter or choice and maybe a banana to make little mini sandwiches.

Normally, I would rather get raw probiotics from actual food
like coconut yogurt and raw sauerkraut!

I have never tried mixing oats with
yogurt and milk but it sounds really good — especially if you use
coconut milk and
yogurt like you do.
Sometimes I eat it right out of the jar as a replacement for granola, other times I stir it up with some unsweetened almond milk and eat it
like oatmeal, and other times I add it to the top of some
coconut yogurt and use it just
like I would granola.
This plant - based

The sauce, of which there is plenty (I
like a little chicken with my sauce), is built from tomato and

like a charm), the boys love it too.

like crust that's made from
coconut flour, a pizza «sauce» that's not the traditional cream cheese, but a delicious
coconut milk
yogurt, and an abundance of fresh, ripe summer fruit.

yogurt, as there are so many choices available now: full - fat, low - fat, 0 - fat, Greek, or dairy - free cultured milks
like almond or
coconut, which is my preference.

I don't care for the taste or texture of the
yogurts made with only
coconut cream, as I think they taste too rich and fatty, but feel free to go that route if you'd
like to.

coconut milk (the culinary or canned version, not the type found in the refrigerated section) makes a natural substitute for dairy milk in
yogurt - making, but it won't thicken up
like the creamy

like, there are almond brands out there too.
It was also incredibly easy to prepare — simply whisk pumpkin puree with spices, vanilla, and a little maple syrup, and layer it with greek
yogurt and your favorite toppings (
like granola, nuts, dried cranberries, chia or toasted
coconut).
I used a special natural flavoring trick that makes the
coconut yogurt in this recipe tastes
like cream cheese frosting.
The banana and toasted
coconut yogurt give it a bit of a tropical feel and the cocoa powder and almond milk make it taste a little
like dessert.
Healthy fats such as whole eggs, fatty fish
like salmon and trout, grass - fed meat and poultry, extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil,

like a Whole Foods, PCC, or other natural stores in your area then that would be the best place to look for unsweetened non-dairy
yogurt (usually made from almond,
coconut or soy milk).

Dairy - free
coconut alternatives,

yogurt, have become a godsend for those with dairy allergies.
For single specialized recipes (
like Tiramisu and Super Greens), you'll need ingredients
like rum, matcha powder, etc. - For the protein bars toppings / frostings, you'll need Greek
yogurt, Neufchâtel cream cheese,
coconut oil, various nuts and seeds, caramel sauce (I used Date Lady ® Organic Caramel Sauce throughout the book because it's made from dates instead of sugar), 100 % fruit spread, ground flaxseed meal, shredded
coconut, quick cooking oats and quinoa flakes.
What I love about chia pudding is that I can use
coconut milk, and now they even have
coconut milk
yogurt... it's a little strange at first but I really
like it.
However, this
yogurt company went under and is no longer in production... you can use whatever
yogurt you
like —
coconut, soy, dairy, etc., just make sure it doesn't have any sugar added!
BUT when it comes to indulgences
