Out of the box, both phones come with the display scaled down to Full HD +, but you can tweak this and things
like color saturation in the display settings.

saturation than most LCDs, an effect that I personally
like because the photos look bright and vivid, however, it might not reflect the reality of a scene.
There's also no Outdoor mode,
like on other ASUS tablets, but you can customize your
color saturation, temperature and how vivid the image is with the ASUS Splendid app.
The device has 4 on screen buttons and we also get new apps,

When combined with value gradients of
colors or ranges of
saturation, the painting surfaces softly undulated
like a wave or pivoted on an edge.
With a custom ROM you can even modify things
like the
color of your notification light, the force of your vibration, the
saturation of the
colors on your screen and much more.
Like many other Android phones, the Pixel XL does tend to boost the
colors and
saturation in images for a more heightened effect.
It still doesn't have the capability to create
color saturation's and vibrancy
like the Super Amoled displays of Samsung.
Colors are over saturated out of the box and look ultra punchy, but a simple navigation to the display settings reveals an excellent «standard» display option, as well as a simple slider for changing the hue and
saturation to your
liking.
It's sharp and bright, and
like many AMOLED displays, it has its
color saturation settings cranked up pretty high.
We all
like AMOLED displays; they offer best in - class
color saturation as well as black and white
colors look true to nature, when compared with different LCD panels.
Colors pop, offering a good balance of
saturation and text is crisp, even if the screen isn't quad - HD or 3K
like competing laptops.
As is the case with most other smartphone cameras in low - light situations, this camera tends to go for a much warmer
color temperature, and coupled with the lower
saturation that the HTC 10 is already guilty of, these photos lack the punch that we would have
liked to see.
The default settings in terms of
color calibration are perfectly fine, but you do have the option to tweak the settings more to your
liking, with a reading mode that is gentler on the eyes, a vivid mode that drastically increases the
saturation, and finally, a manual mode for more granular controls over the display settings.
We don't need to tell you what infinity display looks
like, Its one of the best displays out there, probably the best on a smartphone if you can take a little over
saturation of
colors.
Everything from the viewing angles to the refresh rate here is nothing short of fantastic, and if you don't
like the default vibrant
color saturation you can easily change this option in the display settings menu to a more standard
color saturation rate.
