Not to be picky, but I know you
like feedback on your website, and I thought I would point out that your
crab cakes are not vegetarian if they include
crab meat.
You can serve the
crab cakes with whatever salad you
like, but I'm a big fan of this radish / tomato situation.
Serve the
crab cakes warm with seasonal vegetables
like sautéed zucchini, sweet corn and tomatoes, or a simple salsa
like the one below.
Plus, a few other classic ingredients that make a vegan
crab cake taste just
like the real thing!
