At this point, you can zest the oranges, add the zest to the
cranberry sauce, then pour in the fresh orange juice and any other seasonings you'd
like to add
like cinnamon or cardamom (again, totally optional).
It's kind of
like eating
cranberry sauce out of a nutty crust, to be honest.
These bars thaw quite quickly so I
like to bring them out of the freeze, pour the
cranberry sauce on top and then serve immediately, I think the texture is best this way.
