extreme limits of leanness
like bodybuilders, athletes, and models rather than your average person trying to lose a few pounds.
We aren't huge fans of
extreme dieting... we just
like to eat real food.
This could be a cup of hot chocolate, or a small scoop of ice - cream — nothing too heavy or too
extreme, but enough to stop you feeling
like you're
dieting all the time.
They tend to do whatever it takes to reach those goals
like extreme low calorie
dieting, maybe even diet pills, dangerous detoxification programs and extensive hours exercising.
