If I was a «don't judge me» kind of person, I would find a post
like Going Vegetarian and Vegan - A Sustainable Choice to be horribly offensive.

We do things
like take organization - wide coffee breaks where we ask staff to
go buy a coffee and ponder a specific question; we hold online book clubs and create communities of shared interests that range from using data tools to
vegetarian cooking to working parents; around the holidays we host regional holiday parties and virtual «Holi - DJ» listening parties, where team members swap playlists of their favorite music.
I feel
like every time I
go to the supermarket, apart from salads, the choice for ready meals for one person that are full of vegetables, without too many preservatives and chemicals and
vegetarian / vegan that actually taste good is so limited!

like this post and agree with most of what you're saying, however I would
like to know what you think about the ethical side of being vegan /
vegetarian because personally I think you SHOULD restrict yourself from eating animal products, considering the pain and suffering an animal has had to
go through unecessarily for you to eat them.
They are in general extremely healthy as
like us they eat loads of Thai vegetables and superfood spices such as fresh turmeric, galangal, etc but some
vegetarians we know are what they call «junk food
vegetarians» that don't have a well balanced diet and
go nuts on carbs, especially sweets.
I really
like the combination of peppers, mushrooms, and
vegetarian sausages, but I'm sure you can substitute whatever vegetables you have handy without it
going too badly wrong.
My husband had his friend over and I wasn't sure if his friend would
go for the
vegetarian thing but he really
liked it and my husband loved it.
I'm never
going to a complete plant based,
vegetarian or a vegan diet, but I definitely see the benefit of eating more foods
like tofu.
We really
liked the
vegetarian café Two Little Birds and
went twice for lunch.

Like all my soups (except of course chicken soup, beef borscht, fish soup etc: Soups that have meat of fish at their central theme), my butternut squash soup is totally and naturally
vegetarian, has lots of flavors
going for it and needs no help from any stock or broth to be delicious.

go through the whole Japanese rice...
Pineapple fried rice could be a
vegetarian entree, but if you're
like me, you're
going to serve it as a side dish.

like soy - based pretend meat, and as a
vegetarian there are SO many ways to make amazing veggie burgers, why
go with a bland, overly processed store bought one!

vegetarian and says «oh, you're dieting, you're on a

go to someone who is kosher or halal and say «oh, you're on the kosher diet» so... and certainly those children are brought up in these environments and I'm curious as to if we start to something

like a good vitamin b supplement or you're eating a really well - rounded nutrient dense diet, you're probably getting enough vitamin b but you know, say
like your vegan or you're
vegetarian, sometimes there can be some vitamin b12 deficiencies there and if you're trying to train for speed simultaneously, you know, it's something to think about so those are some of my biggies and then finally the last thing is you're gonna be better at speed on any days where your sympathetic nervous system is really really strong.
Whether you are a Fat Flusher for life, or your diet is vegan,
vegetarian, raw, Keto, Paleo, low carb or you
like juicing, you want to lose weight fast, or you're just super busy and need healthy options that are easy to grab on the
go, smoothies fill the bill.
So if that people
goes on a
vegetarian, alkaline - based diet, they might not fare as poorly as someone who is almost entirely unable to convert beta carotene into retinol, and there are people
like that, actually a fairly substantial number of people.
Beans and salads and veggie juices, is my 2 cents on the transition, and I speak for experience,
going from vegan, to meat and salad (meat is easier to digest but hell on the mind and joints), to
vegetarian with raw goat dairy ferments only (that killed me
like poison), to grainless vegan who loves me some beans and feels great all around.
I have another tricky question, I would
like to buy a protein powder, but whey apparently contains a lot of lactose, some sites say it does not, some say it does, very confusing, I can not tolerate fermented products, so rice protein powder is also a no
go, egg protein would be possible, but I would
like a
vegetarian product, as I do eat a lot of meat, I thought about hemp or pea protein, don't know how pure they are, if the protein part is totally extracted so that the fiber (fodmap) part is not there anymore?

I will be staying on this
vegetarian diet until this year ends and may try this Keto Genic diet for the first quarter of next year... I understand that it takes 3 months to clean your blood so I may
go on for two quarters... I will never leave this site and have recommended it to so many because there is no doubt in my mind that through your guidance I have vastly improved my ability to manage my health in my retirement years... But

went back for seconds.
I don't
like touching any raw meat either... cooking some nasty looking chicken years ago was what convinced me to
go vegetarian... I'm not anymore, but meat still grosses me out when raw!

I have more respect for
vegetarians than most Christians because the
vegetarians are usually leading a life more
like Christ's than the hypocritical church
goers who at most think about Christ for an hour once a week.
