like bananas, bagels, pasta (Dr's suggestion to put some meat on their bones), pb &
j, ham or turkey sandwiches, cheese, tortillas, beans, rice and potatoes, lots of fruits... especially apples and citrus (oranges, tangerines, mandarins),
granola bars.
