I like my granola on the crispier side.
I generally
like my granola on the brown - er side of the spectrum — browning brings out the nutty flavour of the grains and seeds, and also makes the cereal look a bit prettier.

The reason I
liked this was because the pancakes weren't too sweet — the sauteed apples
on the side and the sugar free pancake syrup was enough — and my boss loved the crunch factor of the
granola.
While I don't mind «loose»
granola for parfaits, sometimes I just
like to snack
on it, and it makes it difficult if it's too crumbly.

On the other hand, I've been adding all sorts of texture and flavor pops over the top of the silky soup,
like garbanzos or lentils, spiced seeds, and this genius savory pistachio
granola, which kicks up just about anything it's added to to the best degree.
He makes me a latte every morning and has done so for many years, so with my
granola - making I finally feel
like we are
on equal footing at breakfast time.

like it should be nothing short of spectacular, but in reality it was hard, small, and not very good.
A lot of times things you do to / put
on nuts tends to fall off the nut, which drives me batty, but this
granola mixture seems
like it will stay stuck to the nut very well.

I was reading up
on sprouting and you have to be careful with the soak time in regards to quinoa because the texture can change dramatically if you soak too long, especially for a recipe
like granola.
And, and its the perfect flavor combination for loading
on a variety of your favorite toppings
like sliced banana, chia seeds, flax seeds, chocolate chips, nuts and
granola.
