I would
like grassfed butter but I find local, organic stuff so it's a toss up and local wins imo.
If your thyroid status is good and you eat plenty of iodine rich foods
like grassfed butter, then sauerkraut is fine and a healthy addition to the diet.
Oh yeah and I really
like grassfed cheese, butter, heavy cream and yogurt.

We value immune - boosting fermented and cultured foods, and homemade bone broths as well as nutrient - dense foods
like organ meats and raw

I eat lots of fat
like avocados coconut oil nuts daily and also from salmon and

like rabbit broth in that it is typically very affordable to make compared with
grassfed beef broth or pastured chicken broth.
Don't fall for the misguided argument that animal foods
like butter, cream, and
grassfed meat should be avoided as they contain a small amount of naturally occurring trans fat.
Eat 100 %
grassfed meat (preferably organ meat) for nutrient dencity, eat enough carbohydrates from things
like sweet potatoes to manage stress hormones, healthy fats from wild caught fish, avocado, etc..
I'm focusing on what will nourish me which is:
grassfed or pastured meat, wild caught fish, vegetables (except nightshades), fresh herbs, things derived from coconut, fruit (except bananas & pineapple which my IGg tests showed reactions to) and unrefined sugar
like maple syrup or honey.
I prefer food sources of zinc
like oysters (just two have the RDA),
grassfed beef, lamb, other shellfish
like shrimp and scallops, and pumpkin and sesame seeds.
Scary, yeah...) I try to get high - quality
grassfed whole milk if possible because that's what I
like to drink, but any milk will work (again, just not ultra-pasteurized).
We need to be motivated and take the time and effort to understand and educate ourselves and others on important things
like eliminating GMOs from our diet, focusing on organics and growing our own food and finding
grassfed beef and eggs.

like their cooked pork belly and cooked, sliced
grassfed sirloin roast beef, as well as their organic full - fat coconut milk.

like to mix things up by using other non-dairy beverages such as almond milk, rice milk and coconut milk too.

like my hands are tied — she can't fill up on
