Eating a fermented food
like kraut will improve your body's ability to easily absorb nutrients and move food through the digestive system quickly and effectively, with the added benefits of reduced inflammation and weight loss.
So it's a great idea to load up on probiotic - friendly food
like kraut, pickles, kimchi, and kombucha.
Foods
like kraut, kimchi (a special kind of pickled cabbage that's a staple in Korean cuisine, pictured above), kombucha, kefir, miso, and pickled vegetables are all examples of fermented foods.
If you don't always

You can experiment at home or treat yourself to a «fancy»
kraut that includes other veggies or unique combinations
like curry, jalapeño, garlic, sea vegetables or ginger.
Take a probiotic (my favorite is Renew Life) and eat / drink probiotic foods / beverages
like raw
kraut, kvass, and kevita.
