Most
of the typical types
of behavioral problems seen in adult dogs
like excessive barking, fear, and aggression usually are associated with the
lack of correct
socialization when the dog was a puppy.
Puppy mills,
like poorly performing shelters, provide minimal to no veterinary care,
lack of adequate food and shelter,
lack of human
socialization, and cause neglect, abuse, and the killing
of animals when they are no longer profitable.
