Because when all is said and done, Shin Megami Tensei I is still a great RPG at its core — one that despite its quirks has aged reasonably well, largely due to its ahead - of - time themes and design but it is sadly marred by control issues which feel more
like lazy porting than anything else to me.

Thankfully a brilliant
port of Rayman Origins and a new Lumines headline the publisher's Vita debut, though there are also some fairly
lazy additions
like another pointless iteration of the Michael Jackson Experience.
What we have here is the second of three decidedly
lazy ports, and although it's still a fair bit of fun, Vita owners are yet again missing out on a fully fledged console experience, the
likes of which we know the Vita is more than capable of.
Overall, the controls didn't feel
like a
lazy console
port in which controller buttons are clearly prompted on screen.
