All week I've been making a killer strawberry milkshake for breakfast with bananas, frozen strawberries, spinach and lots of fun things
like maca powder, hemp seeds.
Even this recipe uses only a small of amount of superfoods
like maca powder and hemp seeds.
You can also add healthy additions to
it like Maca Powder or ground chia seeds.
I decided to add in some o my favorites —
like maca powder and coconut oil.
Not exact matches
Perhaps you could try another superfood
powder like maca.
My base is always frozen fruit because I
like my smoothies cold, then I add a ton of greens, lemon, spirulina, bee pollen,
maca, sprouted brown rice protein
powder or hemp seeds... my smoothies can get a bit on the overloaded side!
Sometimes I add in an adaptogen
like ashwagandha or
maca powder, which I'm eagerly learning more about in my herbal medicine classes for their ability to help us adapt to stress.

powder, plus their own blend of green

There are no serious known side effects of
maca root
powder, but
like any other superfood or supplement, it shouldn't be taken in large amounts.
My
Maca powder definitely doesn't taste
like vanilla!

like willingly entering a fugue state and re-emerging very confused an hour later and $ 200 lighter, with a $ 20 bag of
maca powder in one hand and a $ 6 kombucha in the other.
There isn't a specific recipe for creating the perfect smoothie bowl, you just need to blend your favorite fruits and vegan milk, pour the mixture into a bowl, then top with healthy ingredients
like — raw or toasted seeds and nuts, superfood
powders (spirulin,
maca, acai, lucuma, turmeric), honey, bee pollen — and serve right away.
Fresh entrées include a black bean burger with avocado, sweet potato oat bran grits, a super greens salad with edamame and sunflower seeds, and assorted smoothies with fresh ingredients
like flax seeds, ginger, blueberries and
maca powder.
Try adding 1 tsp of gelatinized
powdered maca to smoothies or wisk into a cup of steamed almond milk or milk alternative with warming spices

You can make a bunch of them, packing in tons of greens and other goodies that give a great start to your day,

You can even add mild - tasting adaptogen
powders like maca for an extra boost, if you'd

There are a few things that add flavor to smoothies: fresh herbs

like to mix your
maca supplement with a sort of smoothie, liquid or
powder forms are the best to use.
I love adding special toppings onto my oats or mixing them in,
like fresh or frozen raspberries, coconut shreds,
maca powder, almond butter, cacao nibs or flax seeds!
