So we got to make sure the nutrients for T4 in there
like I mentioned
before the vitamin A, the zinc, the copper,
magnesium, selenium, uhm — amino acids, tyrosine and potentially iodine.
For example, there are certain supplements that I don't really use just because you can only take so many supplements
before it can start to affect you; because, let's face it, a lot of pills and capsules are packaged with stuff
like magnesium stirate and other compounds that are kind of the nature of the beast when it comes to packaging something up in a capsule.
This might require taking
magnesium at bedtime, doing a bedtime meditation, getting away from the blue light from computers and phones at least an hour
before bed and even taking natural supplements

For starters, begin your day in quiet meditation and make a nutrient dense, low calorie breakfast meal (or smoothie); reduce your time on electronic equipment — especially wireless (radiation) devices; avoid late night T.V. or stressful conversations (right
before bedtime) and, be sure you're getting enough nutrients
like, vitamin C and minerals
like,
magnesium, selenium and iodine — which help to calm the nervous system.
When I suddenly had no more to use recently nothing drastic happened but ALL last week (after two solid weeks with no
magnesium oil and several days
before the 500 ml bottle finally arrived) I struggled terribly with weakness and aches, numbness, [stress](startling frantically at noises), feeling nervous
like I was seeing things out of the corner of my eyes, legs jumping a bit at night in bed, memory issues, and severe fatigue.
So, the night
before I always take a little bit of
magnesium and water but then I do
like a, I don't know if this would be considered a prokinetic or what, but I do a blend of turkey rhubarb root and slippery elm bark and marshmallow root, fennel seed, fenugreek, in this stuff called Nature Cleanse.
And so rather than going and grabbing some Cal - mag from or some calcium supplement from Cosco or something
like that, I'd recommend that you just include around 400 to 500 milligrams of natural cal -
magnesium at night
before you go to bed or even use a topical
magnesium.
And I would also suggest taking a
magnesium supplement
like Natural Calm
before bedtime as well.
I've found that taking
magnesium before bed helps me get to sleep quickly and really
like Natural Calm's
magnesium supplement which you can mix as a bedtime drink for a more natural option.
So if you're feeling hungry
before bed, try snacking on
magnesium - rich foods
like bananas, almonds, cacao nibs or chamomile tea.
That said,
magnesium deficiency is relatively rare in healthy dogs who consume adequate diets, so, if you believe your dog may have developed a deficiency, they need to see a veterinarian
before receiving supplementation (even in the form of whole foods
like seaweed).
