In this video I'm going to show you a great way to get
better keywords out
of the Google Adwords Keyword tool if you haven't seen the previous video you'll want to watch that video where I show you how to get
better search volume numbers from both google adwords as
well as some other sources to get
better estimates for the amount
of times that keyword is searched each month i'll put a link in the video here so that you can click that video if you haven't seen that yet let's get started now if you want
better results from the Google Adwords Keyword planner you have to work a little differently than everyone else so most people come to the Google Adwords Keyword planner and they simply click on this search for new keywords
using a phrase, website, or category and then they just paste a bunch
of keywords into this text box so let's say as an example that these were our starting keywords ok so let's say we have the keywords «fishing tips» «fishing tackle» «fishing for bass» «fishing rod» and «fishing reel» what most people do is that they would simply come here and they would copy this they would paste it into this field and they would hit Search and they would get back their results and that's fine but one little tip that will help you get much
better results is only paste in one key word at a
time so instead
of pasting all these in just paste in the single keyword «fishing tips» and then proceed from there to pull that those results up and you'll get this back if you click right here you can download the ideas you'll notice they're 701 here listed so if we download these ideas will download them to a CSV file comma separated value file you can open that with notepad you can open it with excel open office when you're finished putting all your ideas and individually you will now have a bunch
of different common separate value files containing the keywords and the search volume I've already gone ahead and done that just to save
time on the video but i want to show you what happens when you
use this method versus just pasting in the keywords
like most people do so here you'll see this column here represents these two columns here represent if we had pasted in all
of the keywords at once and click search at google adwords keyword tool is one that showed you and you'll see we have a total
of 706 results we got back when we did that this column this column here represents what happens when we paste one key word at a
time and then download the file paste the second keyword download the file and then we just simply grab those terms and copy them and you'll see now we have a total
of 1,915 keywords now what I've done with the highlighting here is to show you anything that's not highlighted in this column is a keyword we would not have gotten back had we pasted in all the keywords at once you can see there's lots and lots
of keywords here we would not have seen know your competitors and the company's you're competing against they're
using probably the simple method just pasting a bunch
of keywords sitting search and then looking through those terms to find their terms if you will take the extra few minutes it takes doesn't take long to simply go in and paste one key word at a
time you will get back a ton
of great keywords that others aren't seeing because they're
using this other method and in actuality when I ran the numbers there's a total
of 3.8 million searches represented by these keywords here that you would miss if you simply just copied and pasted those five terms and hit search the Google Adwords Keyword planner once you've
used the google keyword planner to find lots
of new keyword ideas what do you do with all those keywords the biggest problem is that you can there are so many keyword tools out there you can get hundreds
of thousands
of keywords by spending a day
using the different keyword tools but what you do with all that information the answer is a cool tool called keyword grouper pro and Keyword Grouper Pro is completely free there's not even an opt in you just simply download the tool now at the top
of this video there's a link if you click that i'll show you exactly how to
use keyword grouper pro doesn't matter where you got your keywords from i'm going to show you how to take those keywords group them into tight groups and then you can set up your campaigns and know exactly which groups represent buyers and once you know where the buyers are at you can simply focus your marketing in that area to
make more profit in your business
If you've seen the previous videos in the Google Adwords Keyword planner training series you know that we're now getting four
times as many keywords back
using the very same input terms just by understanding exactly how the Google Adwords Keyword planner works but once you click this download button here and you downloaded the csv files what do you do with all these files because they each contain about 700 keywords a piece there's some overlap between the different terms and so you got ta work through that so what I've gone ahead and down this I've asked my developers here at MarketBold go ahead and create a tool that will merge and remove the duplicates from the csv files that google adwords gives you so if you head over to marketbold.com/GAKP/ i'll put the link below in the description and you'll see a tool that looks just
like this all you need to do is click on this browse button here and you'll need to navigate to the folder where these files are that you downloaded from the Google Adwords Keyword planner you can just simply click and select them all the same
time and click open you'll see here now says 12 files selected because I tell me i selected and then I just simply click here to process and download as soon as I click that this tool is taking all those files taking all the keywords to search volume cost - per - click that all the information that you got back from the Google Adwords Keyword planner and it's actually removing all the duplicates and putting into one single file so you can actually work with it and then you simply just need to save the file to your computer and once you do that we'll go ahead and do it here for a second and then once you save it you can open it up and you'll see here we now have a file here opened up in Excel and you'll see we have all these keywords that we got back there's a total in this list
of 3,796 just because i only downloaded 12 files from Google Adwords Keyword planner you can download as many as you want to put it through this tool is just going to save you
time and from there you might want to take it into a tool
like keyword grouper pro and break it down into the individual groups i hope this has been helpful for you if you
like this video and you appreciate the tool we've
made for you go ahead and give us a thumbs up or subscribe to the channel for more videos just
like this and if you haven't seen the other videos will walk you through all the steps on how to
use the Google Adwords Keyword planner you want to check those out as
well so go ahead and
use this tool to increase the profits
of your business and help it grow.
Be very mindful how you pin a name on your brother sister; remember the church is there the burden and those who have sinned yet we become so eager to judge; the word has already judged him, God at this very moment is dealing with him in ways that no man can as we judge him, we have judged ourself, we can easily forgive when his sin is
like ours, but when it is not; they killed CHRIST CAUSE HE SAID HE COULD RISE THE TEMPLE IN THREE DAYS; to the people
of that day and
time it was a lie; as we forgive him we are forgive ourselves for believing in man and not the word; the word is still true, and God can still
use him; but we must believe and fellow the word God no matter what; God has a way
of making something
good out
of what is bad; that where the hope comes in; the faith in blessed redemption; heal our nation lord; heal our minds love forgive all;

Although many will suggest that Robson has a personal vendetta
of sorts aimed squarely at the Grinch who stole soccer, that doesn't
make his words any less truthful... such tactics are nothing new... in the U.S.this business practice has become so common that even the players regularly
use the media to manipulate public opinion (LeBron James did likewise to rally public support for himself and away from his teammate, Kyrie Irving, who has asked to be traded)... whether for contract leverage or to rally support for or against certain players, this strategy can be incredibly effective at
times, but when it misses the mark it can be dangerously divisive... for a close - to - the - vest team
like Arsenal to
use such nefarious means to manufacture a wedge between the fans and it's
best player (again), is absolutely despicable... for the sanctimonious higher - ups who demand that it's players adhere to a certain protocol regarding information deemed «in house» or else to intentionally spread «fake» news or to provide certain outlets with privileged information for such purposes is pretty low indeed... no moral high ground here, just a big club pretending to be a small club so that they can continue to pull the wool over the eyes
of a dedicated, albeit somewhat naive, fan base... so not only does this club no give a shit about it's fans, this clearly shows that clubs primary interests aren't even soccer related... for all intent and purposes Kroenke doesn't care if we're a soccer club or a tampon factory as long as we continue to maximized his investment... stay woke people... great to see more and more people commenting on the state
of the franchise... this club needs to be held accountable for it's actions
He is a squad player at
best, and just
like Giroud he should be happy to be part
of the team, coz other managers not
like Wenger would sell him a long
time ago, a not force him into playing on the behalf us even losing games at
times due
of him being
used no matter what due
of Wengers obsession
of making him a star.
Asuka did as
good as possible to
make it look
like she kicked Sasha in the air; if she had not done the «kick maneuver» Sasha would have actually landed on Asuka (but angle
of camera was such, that we saw an «obviously missed kick» and we talking now about a «botch») plus Sasha right away put her arms out in a way to land safely than
make it look
like a «harsh hit on the floor» with the small roll BUT at same
time she did hit the top rope with her feet so either it was a not intentional slow down (most likely) or she was so
good that she intentionally
used top rope to slow herself down (unlikely but still possible)
These young guns will only get a chance to prove themselves at top level if and only if arsenal
make massive signings that will give us a major trophy... if we are for example leading the league in
like seven points in February, then we can afford to give them some minutes on field but they wont get game
time on the current team cz the manager realizes that the club needs trophies and hez running out
of time so i even doubt he will
use them in capital one cup...
Good luck boys
This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety
of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style
of play has become a shadow
of it's former self, only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out
of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current players, very few would
make sense in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can
make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid
of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out
of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the
likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play
of Monreal, but none
of these players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio
of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (
better last year though)... obviously I
like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have
used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national team a couple years ago, who truly
makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit
better during some points in the latter part
of last season... it always
made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong
times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to
use Francis and then he had the nerve to act
like this was all part
of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he
like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature
of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player
of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been played out
of position far too many
times since arriving and that the players in front
of him, minus Sanchez,
make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National team's midfield, where teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that,
of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one
of those 3 players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to
use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one
of the most committed skill players we've seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already
of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't
make sense given the constructs
of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would
make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at
times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack
of mobility is an albatross around the necks
of our offence... so when you ask who would be our
best starting 11, I don't have a clue because
of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this team is
like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
Joining a club
of arsenal s stature has its ups and downs. There is a requirement
of how our players should perform when on the pitch. The following is a list
of players who were wrong to choose arsenal.Aaron ramsey - Even though he is the most favoured
of all players at the club now.I cant help but think how it would have gone for Him if he decided to search for other greener pastures. He was a clear talented footballer during his
time at cardiff but he hasnt been raised with the discipline at arsenal. You can always see ramseys all round strengths but sadly Its not helping him or the club with his foward moving pleasurr. He is so Over
used and its sometimes difficult for him to get
used to the rythm
of the game.With
time you realise he gets low ib confidence and his engine gets wasted. He needed somebody who would have managed him properly and with care and that person is certainpy not wenger. You would have been
better off at Manu mate.Calum chambers - Came us a very talented player from southampton with raw talent. He was very
good at first but wenger found a way to reduce his level
of confidence. His inexperience was left exposed and wenger did nt do anything to resolve that problem and instead He looked for other talented players.Alex oxlade chamberlain - Another very talented player who needed only his skilled sharpened and his character modelled. That and he was ready to become a world beater. But wenger decided to let him run and run
like a headless chicken causing him to be often injured and damaging his confidence.Who knows what would have happened to him gad he decided to look for more greener pasture. He is surely a much
better player than this.Theo walcott - Another player who was tipped to have a very bright future. He had it in him.But all he needed was an appropriate manager who would nurture him with discipline and help him with his talent. But on Coming to arsenal he was given Much more responsiblities putting more weight on his shoulders on top
of that another player who was recklessly managed with his talent and never coming off age because his character wasnt properly shaped.Mesut ozil - Al right i agree he perfoms
well just recently. But imagine all the legendary players he was often compared to during his
time at real madrid. On coming to arsenal he found no rotation often overused, suffered many injuries and his confidence dwindled. It is pretty clear arsene does not take any responsibility for players. And when at arsenal you have to be your own manager. You need not rely on your manager otherwise you might continue being the same player for the next many years. That is why each and every player are what they are because
of their own efforts and wenger had nothing to do with it.Van persie was the same player for over 7 years untill he himself decided to change.Wenger only organises and prepares tge team while the rest is in your court. It is not what so many people
make it out to be.Thats why we need to pressure wenger more than our own players. They are their own self managers and wenger needs to take that responsibility
Don't kid yourself there.Giroud is not the one benching Lacazette in France National team. It's Griezmann.Giroud is also an average player. It's just
good service which is
making him look
good.If he was in any
of the smaller clubs it's not
like we'd be wishing to sign him.Lacazette is exponentially a
better player than Giroud. He just needs
time and I hope he doesn't share it with Giroud just
like the way Giroud had his
time. He's been average over the past seasons yet fans would bring up stats defending him while calling Walcott who has the same impressive stats as average.Isn't it a disgrace for Walcott to start over you in CF?If Arsenal were serious we wpuld've sold Giroud and Welbeck then
used the money to get reliable back ups who are not inconsistent.
Secondly, Wenger needs to become far more flexible when it comes to his formation selections... remember this is the same individual that hadn't
used a 3 - back system for 20 years and only conceded to the experiment when the proverbial shit hit the fan... you know it killed him to adopt «Conte's» system, which is probably why he resisted so long; in fact his stubbornness to adjust even earlier might have cost us the 4 hole... much
like most sports that have tactical formations, every team should have a «base» offensive and defensive scheme, but they likewise need to have some inherent flexibility depending on the opposing teams tactics and / or when specific substitutions are
made... how many
times have you watched a Wenger - run team
make a late substitution but not change their shape on the pitch... furthermore, how many
times have you seen our team fail to
make the necessary adjustments at halftime due to Wenger's tactical stubbronness, which often led to giving up goals in the early minutes
of the second - half... the
best teams in the world know how to
make halftime adjustments whereas we always seem to be surprised when the opposing team throws a wrinkle into the mix following halftime... this my friend is soccer 101
Welbz and Theo could be
good competition for the CF role and I would
like to see how
well our attack could perform when they are
use to having pace upfront again instead
of Giroud, I've tried my
best to support the guy but he
makes it hard This season he has proved me wrong and I am also questioning his effect on the team, he does moan a lot to the other players when he was the one who should
of done more... If it was Alexis moaning then I could understand it as that guy plays with 200 % passion but Giroud... Only
time he shows passion is when he feels his starting spot is threatened.
I am not even going to go that far with the
likes of Guardiola, Simeone, Heynkess, Fergusson, (SAD WENGER
USED TO BE ON THIS LIST) watching the Chelskis game noticed Allardyce was
making changes and bringing SUBS at the 58th minute (not 85) at least trying to change things against a team that was vastly superior, what WENGER does in these cases brings POLDI at the 85 minute and Campbell at injury
time...
well except against LIVERFOOL when he did all the wrong changes... The man has no ideas anymore, completely lost touch with reality and bringing still the World Cup (people already forgot who won it) as an excuse proves it.

This game is definitely aimed at the younger Pokemaniacs, but older fans
like myself can still get enjoyment out
of it if they keep an open mind, it's not as
good as the first PokePark game do to looser controls and by just not being as much fun, but it manages to expand on what the first game offered in the way
of new content, for instance this
time you don't just play as Pikachu but also Tepig, Snivy, and Oshawott after you meet them, and you can switch between them on the fly anytime you want, and you'll need to
use each
of their special abilities in your adventure, it also adds side - scrolling sections and a few other new features to keep things fresh, it also has some multiplayer attractions to play with so that's also nice, and you'll still be befriending all sorts
of Pokemon just
like the last game, you also get free roam after the main quest so you can
make sure to befriend them all, and it's all adorable do to the cute graphics and world, even the loading screens are adorable, and as a gamer who typically plays more serious and violent games it was nice to spend
time in the lighthearted PokePark with some
of my favorite Pokemon, I recommend it and I definitely see myself returning in the days to come.
British film director Steve McQueen's 2008 debut film, Hunger, is notable for many reasons: It is a great film, a great debut film,
uses an innovative narrative structure,
uses interesting cinematography in concert with its soundtrack,
makes the
best use of ambient sound to have the
best non-musical soundtrack I've heard in a long
time (if not ever), is the work
of a black artist that is not obsessed with black only topics, and shows a maturity and grace that goes beyond even the first films
of directors
like David Gordon Green, in George Washington, and Terrence Malick, in Badlands.
It's as simple as the principal saying something
like this: «Now, I know there are some
of you for whom this move to
making use of technology to support all
of our students is going to be tough — but the
good news is that our Leadership Team has worked out a way to
make Sal (or Bill, or Jen, or José) available during planning
times to support everyone as needed.

Here's what I told them: As a teacher, I would love for someone to ask me to imagine what it would be
like to work in a place that ensures that all teachers have the chance to improve their craft, and be rewarded for getting
better; a place that lets all teachers
make the
best use of their talents by focusing their
time and energy on parts
of their job that they do
best; a place that lets great teachers multiply their impact by giving more students access to their teaching for more pay; and a place that offers excellent teachers leadership roles that are not far removed from students.
The fantastic attention to detail that
made this 10 - speed so likeable is obvious in other systems as
well,
like the ZL1's magnetorheological dampers that now
use two internal coils instead
of one to reduce inertia and improve reaction
times, as
well as a dual - wire system that allows electrical current to not only go in but also be pulled out
of the fluid - filled damper for 40 percent faster damping response.
I have a 2006 fully loaded VW Touareg with 110,000 miles it's a 4.2 V8 4 cam and has been serviced r put on the Dealer cumputer every 10k and I Change my on oil I run Mobil one super syn hi mileage now the 15 k oil but I

With 755 horsepower the 2019 Chevrolet Corvette zr1 is the most powerful Corvette ever it's also the most technologically advanced behind me are the rolling s's at Road Atlanta and we're here to see if we can reach to the supercar levels
of performance afforded by this thing's massive power big tires and the tall wing on the back after that we'll take to the streets to see if a car this powerful can behave itself in public this is a monster
of a car I've had some brief track opportunities moving this morning to get
used to the pace
of this machine which is phenomenal we're gonna warm up as we get out to the road Atlanta and sort
of build up to the pace that this car can operate at now initially when you hop in this car you have this shrine to the engine right above you you see the line
of the hood it kind
of dominates the center
of the view you can see over it it doesn't affect visibility but it's immediately obvious and that kind
of speaks to what
makes this car special it's a monster
of an engine listen to that [Music] that is tremendous tremendous acceleration and incredible power but what I finding so far my brief
time here at the Atlanta is that everything else in the car is rut has risen to match hurt me while I lay into it on the back straight look you know 150 mile - an - hour indicated we're going to ease up a little bit on it because I need to focus on talking rather than driving but
like I was saying the attributes
of the rest
of the car the steering the braking capability the grip every system
of this car is riding to the same level
of the power and I think that's what
makes it really impressive initially this is undoubtedly a mega mega fast car but it's one that doesn't terrify you with its performance potential there's a level
of electronic sophistication that is unparalleled at this price point but it's hard not to get you know totally slipped away by the power
of this engine so that's why I keep coming back to it this car has an electronically controlled limited slip differential it has shocks filled with magnetically responsive fluid that can react faster to inputs and everything this car has a super sophisticated stability control system that teaches you how to drive it quick but also
makes you go faster we haven't even gotten into exploring it yet because the limits
of this car are so high that frankly it takes a while to grow into it but [Music] I think what's impressive about this car is despite how fast it is it is approachable you can buy this car to track dates with it and grow with it as a driver and as an owner I think that's a really special [Music] because you will never be more talented than this car is fast ever unless you are a racing driver casually grazing under 50 miles an hour on this straight okay I'm just going to enjoy driving this now [Music][Applause][Music] this particular Corvette zr1 comes with the cars track performance package a lot
of those changes happen underneath the sheet metal but one
of the big differences that is immediately obvious is this giant carbon fiber wing now the way this thing is mounted is actually into the structure
of the vehicle and it
makes you know loading the rear hatch a bit more difficult but we're assuming that's okay if you're looking for the track performance this thing delivers also giving you that performance are these Michelin Pilot Sport cup tires which are basically track oriented tires that you can drive on the street but as we wake our way to the front
of the thing what really matters is what's under the hood that's right there's actually a hole in the hood
of this thing and that's because this engine is so tall it's tall because it has a larger supercharger and a bunch
of added cooling on it to help it you know keep at the right temperature the supercharger is way larger than the one on the zo six and it has a more cooling capacity and the downside is it's taller so it pops literally through the hood the cool thing is from the top you can actually see this shake when you're looking at it from you know a camera from the top
of the vehicle this all
makes for 755 horsepower
making this the most powerful Corvette ever now what's important about that is this not just the power but likewise everything in the car has to be built to accommodate and be able to drive to the level
of speed this thing can develop that's why you had the massive cooling so I had the aerodynamics and that's why I had the electronic sophistication inside [Applause] we had a lot
of time to take this car on the track yesterday and I've had the night to think about things Matt today two crews on the road and see how this extreme performance machine deals with the sort
of more civil minded stuff
of street driving the track impressions remain this thing is unquestionably one
of the most capable cars you can get from a dealer these days a lot
of that's besides the point now because we're on the street we have speed limits they have the ever - present threat
of law enforcement around every corner so the question is what does this car feel
like in public when you slow this car down it feels
like a more powerful Corvette you don't get much tram lining from these big wheels though we as the front end doesn't want to follow grooves in the pavement it is louder it is a little firmer but it's certainly livable on a day to day basis that's surprising for a vehicle
of this capability normally these track oriented cars are so hardcore that you wouldn't want to drive them to the racetrack but let's face it you spend more
time driving to the track than you do on the track and the fact that this thing works
well in both disciplines is really impressive I can also dial everything back and cruise and not feel
like I'm getting punished for driving a hardcore track machine that's a that's a really nice accomplishment that's something that you won't find in cars that are this fast and costs maybe double this much the engine in this car dominates the entire experience you can't miss the engine and the whole friend this car is sort
of a shrine to it the way it pops out
of the hood the way it's covered with coolers around the sides it is the experience
of this car and that does
make driving this thing special and also the fact that it doesn't look half bad either in fact I think it has some
of the coolest looking wheels currently available on a new car this car as we mentioned this car has the track package the track package on this car gives you what they call competition bucket seats which are a little wide for my tastes but I'm you know not the widest person in the world this automatic transmission works
well I mean there's so much torque again out
of this engine that it can be very smooth and almost imperceptible its clunky on occasion I think I'd might opt for the manual although Chevy tells me about 80 %
of its customers will go for the automatic I don't think they're gonna be disappointed and that's gonna be the faster transmission drag strip on the street - and on the racetrack man it was a little bit more satisfying to my taste though we've talked about the exhaust I have it set in the track setting let's quiet it down a little bit so you can hear the difference now I've set that separately from everything else so let's put it stealth what happened to the engine sound that's pretty that's pretty amazing man stealth is really stealth and then go back to track Wow actually a really big difference that's that's pretty great the Corvette has always been a strong value proposition and nowhere is that more evident than this zr1 giving you a nearly unbeatable track performance per dollar now the nice thing is on the road this doesn't feel
like a ragged edge track machine either you could genuinely drive it every day the compromises are few and that's what
makes this car so special if you
like what you see keep it tuned right here and be sure to visit Edmunds.com [Music]

Like an OnDeck business line
of credit, most credit card providers report your payment history to the appropriate credit bureaus, which is why
using a business credit card can be a
good way to build your business credit profile — provided you
make your payments on
time.
The return
of the growth is calulated after substracting the MER.75 %
of the principal is guarenteed at maturity. You can also withdraw 10 % without any penality in every year from the segregated funds. You can also do SM through Manuone. If you can put 10 % with CMHC insurance, either borrow a lumpsum from the subaccount, if you have the equity, or can
use dollar cost averaging. In this case you pay only prime rate for the mortgage aswell as for the subaccount just
like a credit line.The beauty
of the mauone is that you can pay
of the mortgage at any
time if you have the money.Any money goes into your account will reduce your principal amount, and you pay only the simple interest at prime for the remaining principal. With a
good decipline and by putting the tax returnfrom the investment in to the principal will reduce the principal subsatntially. If you don't have the decipline don't even think
of this idea.I am an insurance agent, recently I read this SM program while surfing the net, I
made my own research and doing it for my clients.I believe now 20 % downpayment can get a mortgage without cmhc insurance.Fora long term investment plan, Manuone with a combination
of Segregated fund investment I believe is the
best way to pay off the mortgage quickly and investment for the retirement.
Sorry I mean't to add one other thought, if the card holder is carrying a high balance and their interest rates increase
like the banks have been raising in recent months, this could backfire on the banks themselves, I mean since the banks give a 45 notification
of the increase and the consumer is already maxed out and can barely
make the payments as it is, the increased interest rates because
of how the congress requires at least all the monthly interest and some
of the principle to be paid on the cards, done so that consumers could reduce the amount
of time to illiminate their debts, this may spawn many card holders whoms payments will increase much
like those adjustable rate mortgages that people walked away from to go wild with their remaining balances on the card and then default, the whole irony is that the consumer may very
well use the card thats damaging them to pay for bankruptcy proceedings lol!
I have a credit card with a $ 683 balance (min payment is $ 25, I've been trying to pay $ 50 each
time, and I didn't get a new card when the last one expired so I don't
use it), student loan which is $ 5,828 (which I
made one payment on a year ago), a medical payment
of $ 309 that is on my credit report, as
well as other medical bills that are at least at $ 3,000 - $ 3,500 that I'd have to get a more comprehensive report to find out what all is there, and I have more expenses that I need to pay that I don't have the money for
like dental work, more health issues, car repairs, and monthly bills.
In terms
of specific, the
best way to achieve optimal tax strategy would be to
use a tax shelter
like a Roth IRA which consists
of contributions
made with after tax dollars, and that allows the money to compound tax - free in the account and when it comes
time for distributions.
Since pushing for welfare reforms often involves working directly with food and clothing industry companies, this work can give the public the impression that these companies treat their animals
well when this is not the case, especially when animal advocates are incentivized to
make the reforms seem
like drastic improvements when animals still suffer substantially.213 Critics would also argue that, empirically, welfare reforms such as banning battery cages reduce only a very small portion
of the harm
of animal agriculture — if any — so they are not the most cost - effective
use of time.214, 215, 216
