like making «green rice» (packed with minced fresh cilantro) in the summer and make
nori rolls with veggies for a snack.

nori sheet, I start with the sliced cucumbers as I prefer my
nori to stay as crisp as possible * — the drier, the crisper — and find it most pleasing to bite into the crunchy layer of cucumbers first.

like an oxymoron since sushi is basically synonymous with fish, but a veggie roll with avocado and rice in some
nori is basically the perfect plant - based meal.

Nori sheets are also good snacks in my eyes because they've got the crunch factor I
like!
