Sesame,
like oats in the recipe above, is one of the richest sources of iron.
If you can find qunioa flakes, I would use those as they are most
like oats in texture.

oats for only $ 19.95, and since I eat a lot of Oatmeal
in the winter, this sounded

I store them
in my freezer and then the work is already done for me whenever I want to toss them into things

I loved having the chia seeds on top because they didn't suck all the moisture out of the

like to use protein powder
