I use a blend that's 2 parts paprika, 2 parts
powdered onion, 1 part pepper, 2 parts salt (and sometimes I toss in something else,
like celery flakes, dill weed or dill seed — I'm a wild and crazy guy).
Lentils are a go - to for me... I love simple curried lentil soup (veg broth, diced

like... squash or potatoes help add bulk to it, I
