like coconut flour (which absorbs a huge amount of
liquid by volume) so with this recipe it's really the only option.
You can use juice, tea, coffee, or
other liquid (it also works with creamy ingredients,
like add some coconut oil if you
like!).
You can experiment using
other flours if you
like, but I would avoid coconut flour because it absorbs so much
liquid

other granulated sweetener (
like stevia) may work in place of the erythritol, but I wouldn't recommend using
liquid stevia.
It's 1.5 cups of egg whites (I just found out the
