-- I've made these into thin flat bread type of rolls (a bit

Ok mine were more
like a pita bread, but I tried!
It is kind of
like pita bread only made with oil instead.
Then, depending on how long you leave it in the oven it will come soft and foldable (more
like pita bread) or slightly more rigid and crispy on the borders.

For those who aren't familiar with Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines,

I have been looking for a good receipe to use on
pita chips and I think lightly spaying olive oil and then sprinkling this combination on them before crisping in the oven sounds
like a winner.
Essentially, we've been alternating between dinner salads (

Gluten - Free
Pita is a traditional pocket bread which can be stuffed and eaten

pita bar and prepare their own meal with a selection of hummus flavors, array of veggies and assortment of toppings

I love

like my creamy lentil salad, or as the crust for a quick weeknight pizza.
Instead, you heat up the
